SHOWCASING THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE
The works collected in this section have been made by students of the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the UMH, most of them in the context of work assignments for their Final Year Project and term projects.
In academic terms, the Final Year Project is a theoretical and practical graduation course in the last year of the Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. It consists of an artistic project as the culmination of the four years of studies in this field. For the development of this project, the student selects an academic tutor with the most suitable profile for their project from the faculty of the degree.
The Final Year Project is also an opportunity to put the experiences and lessons learned in the various media and the disciplines addressed into practice by developing a coherent and attractive artistic proposal.
SHOWCASING THE MASTER’S DEGREE
The works collected in this section have been made by students of the Master’s in Project and Research in Art at the UMH, most of them in the context of their Master’s Project.
In academic terms, the Master’s Project is a practical course of the second semester of the Master’s. It consists of an artistic project and / or personal research. For its development, the student selects an academic tutor with the most suitable areas of research for their project from the faculty of the degree.
The Master’s in Projects and Art Research enhances the development of the artistic project, as embodied in this final work, emphasizing the students’ projectual and conceptual rigor as well as their experimental, innovative and interdisciplinary character.
